The staff was excellent in all places and times. They were very helpful. The breakfast was nice with breads, fruits, eggs and some more. Check in and out was fast. The location is amazing, the surroundings has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, and it's safe. There is also a green area right in front of the hotel.

The room is spotless. The hot water from the shower was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. I also liked the service by the staff both at the front desk and the dining room. They were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. In addition, there is a famous cafeteria right next to the hotel, which is convenient to visit.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Located in a nice neighborhood, ese to reach public transportation. The breakfast was so good and staff kind and friendly. The decoration of common areas was awesome

French theme, very cozy, small and a boutique feel. The breakfast was great and the staff were very nice. Laundry service is available which was helpful. Near a park and bike rental tembici we’re available nearby. Gym facilities across the street. I recommend Smart Fit.

The best, the staff!!! Super attentive and enthusiastic. Aŕrived early to the hotel in a very quiet and safe street and the staff was very helpful. The receptionist was very kind and introduced us to the restaurant on site while we waited for our room and it was quite delighting. The suite we booked was very spacious and confortable and the terrace was amazing.

Delicious breakfast and very attentive staff. The beds are comfortable and the location is quiet and close to the best areas in Bogotá for dining and clubbing. They helped us with storing our luggage a few extra days even if we were not staying at the property.

The shower, the TV, the mini fridge, the bed. Over all its good for the price you pay, and in a safe neighbourhood with nice green parks. Not much noise in the 4th floor.

I've stayed in this hotel in Bogota since I sold my home that was 4 blocks south. Its a boutique hotel with a good breakfast & largest room in Bogota. All rooms have windows that open & many have large balconies wigh table & chairs. Small enough tol that the staff learns who you are. Its a quiet area, park across the street, dog friendly with no heavy traffic.
